1.2 Selection of Carrier. We utilize approved carriers for transportation. The selection of carriers may vary depending on the destination, weight, and service level.

1.3 Acceptance. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of the designated carrier, which, by reference, form part of this policy.

Part II – Account Registration and User Responsibilities

2.1 Processing time. Orders are typically processed and completed within 2-5 business days, excluding statutory holidays as stipulated by the Canada Labour Code. two point two

Delays. Delays may be caused by factors such as product supply, verification, anti-fraud checks, or compliance with regulatory obligations (including the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act).

Section Ⅷ – Customer Responsibilities

8.1 Accurate Address. Customers must ensure that the shipping address is accurate and correct. AnikaShop shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to incorrect address information. 8.2 Receipt of Goods.

Customers must ensure that someone is home to receive the goods. Failure to receive the goods in a timely manner may result in the need to pay for the shipping costs again.

Article Ⅸ – Limitation of Liability

9.1 General Limitations. Within the scope of legal restrictions, the upper limit of liability related to transportation shall be the lower of the following two: (a) CAD 100, or (b) the amount of freight paid. 9.2 Consumer Rights.
